Casettes were created on July 22nd, 1946 in New York city. The creator was Lou Ottens.People used them for storing and playing audio, particulary music. Casettes were replanced the CDs, in mid-1990s. I like that it has a rectangle form, and it was black. I think it was strange and it had dark colours. Now we use spotify instead. ~ Isa

Floppy disks were was created in 1967 by Alan Shugart at IBM'S San Jose research lab - San Jose, California. People used them for storing data and transferring files. Floppy disks were popular from the 1970's until the late 1990's, in the 2000's were replaced by CD - ROMS and USB memory stick. This looked like flexible disk of magnetic material enclosed in a protective plastic casing. I think it has low storage space. Now we use USB, CD, SD and cloud storage. ~ Agos

Discmans were created in 1984-Japan, created by Sony, the people used them to listen to music, you put a casette or CDs and thats it. They looked like an circle and some had headphones and earphones jack. i think they lokeed cool, and very pretty, and now instead of Discmans we use Spotify or other music apps. ~ Mai

The Nintendo Game Boy: The game boy was created in 1989 in Japan. This device was created by Gumpei Yokoi. The Nintendo DS and it's succesors, the 3Ds and switch, replaced the Game Boy primary portable gaming platform. It appeared in 2001. People used it for entertainment, especially teenagers. This device looks fun, i think it was cool and funny. Now we use Nintendo Switch, Playstation 5 devices. ~ Catu

VHS Tapes were created in Japan in 1970.The creator of the VHS Tapes was JVC (Japan Video Company). People used them for waching movies.VHS Tapes were replaced by DVD, in the year 2000 or 2004. The VHS Tapes are cool. Now we use Netflix instead. ~ Cami
